Bike for big tours
The RS concept gives you a great day on the trails. Because light weight, lower energy consumption and support adapted to the rider’s power input increase the battery’s endurance more than one and a half times.

Slim and expandable
In conventional e-bikes, displays, sensors, additional cables and large switches and buttons are unavoidable standard features. But for us, the look and feel of a classic, clean bike was a very central part of the RS philosophy.

The lightest in its class
RS motor, battery and electronics are more than half the weight of other e-bike systems.

The most advanced aluminium frame
Thanks to hydroforming and triple-butted tubes, Orbea has been able to optimise wall thicknesses to save weight while strengthening the most stressed areas. The highly polished aluminium frame is almost indistinguishable from the carbon version. In addition, the process ensures particularly fatigue-resistant weld seams.

Trail geometry
For bikes that feel at home on almost any terrain without making major compromises in performance.

Trail-optimised chassis
The progressive characteristic curve, in combination with the anti-squat properties of the main pivot point, allows for efficient propulsion instead of sucking up energy. With a high breakaway torque, the suspension offers an active feel with great traction. When the full travel is used, for example when hitting hard on a blocked trail, the progressive spring curve keeps the bike under control.

Lighter and simpler
Fewer components not only make the Rise lower maintenance, but also save weight.

Easy removal of the derailleur hanger
The derailleur hanger can be replaced by hand in seconds.

Stiffer
Moving the pivot point to the rear wheel axle and using a rear hub and thru axle make a solid combination.
